Delete your account
In the app — right away
- Open Lilavi
- “More” → “Delete all data”
- Confirm the deletion
Your data disappears for everyone right away. For 30 days you can restore the account — just sign in. After that it’s gone for good.
Without the app — by email
Write to support@lilavi.app from the email linked to your account. Subject: “Delete account”.
We’ll reply to your account email and ask you to confirm the deletion. After you confirm, we’ll delete the account within 30 days and let you know when it’s done.
Signed in with Apple using Hide My Email? You can’t send email from that address — please delete your account in the app.
What gets deleted
Your profile, entries and photos. In shared spaces your entries disappear for the others. Backups are purged within a further 14 days.
